For Romaeuropa, one of Italy and Europe’s most prestigious organizations for the promotion of contemporary art, we handled the creativity and development of the organization’s portal, as well as the strategy/management of its social media profiles. The new online portal allows clients to independently manage graphics. Optimization of the design across all platforms including desktop and mobile and comprehensive indexing of the content/events using Google AMP, Google Events and Facebook Instant Articles facilitate browsing. Additionally, for the creation, management, and sending of newsletters we added a visual editor to the site. Regarding social media, over last 2 years we produced excellent results in terms of effective communication (awareness, interactions, engagement) and our efforts had a direct impact on selling more tickets and promoting shows. In addition to managing advertising campaigns, creating content, and managing the organization’s social media profiles, we also installed tracking mechanics on the site that allowed us to specifically monitor advertising investments and consequently balance our remarketing efforts to target only relevant users.
